Hi, I'm Nora — the crocheter behind MyGrannySquare. I started this site because I was tired of granny square patterns with broken stitch counts, missing rounds, and blurry photos. Every square published here is one I've made myself. If a stitch count doesn't add up, I won't ship it. If a round is tricky, you'll get a clear note exactly where you need it.
My focus is the granny square in all its forms — classic and solid squares, flower and sunburst motifs, hearts, stars, animals, and the bags and blankets that bring them together. I mostly work with cotton and worsted-weight yarn, and I test every square at two gauges so the instructions hold up with whatever yarn is in your basket.
